This autumn we launch a new, personalised service for our customers, through which we will send relevant legislation updates via email on products that you have already sent to Primoris for analysis.

We want to offer comprehensive and personal support to our customers on issues they encounter on a daily basis. An extensive survey among customers shows that a relevant and fast communication service on changes in EU legislation concerning their products provides a major added value to their operation. We are pleased to be able to assist our customers with this.

Which updates will be sent?

• EU MRL updates (plant protection products)
• EU ML updates (contaminants)
• Updates on official import controls
• Withdrawals of EU approvals
• Other important updates

When do we send an ‘emailflash’ with a legislation update?

You will receive an email when there is an update of the EU legislation for a plant protection product or contaminant applicable or relevant to products (matrices) that you have already sent to Primoris for analysis.

Who receives this flash?

The contacts for our customers that are in the Primoris system with an email address will receive an email shortly after the official publication of a relevant EU-legislation update. 

Of course you can at all times opt out of these mailings by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email.

Overview of changes in EU legislation

Furthermore, we provide a practical overview on our website, containing all EU-legislation updates. Here you find all published changes that will be valid somewhere in the future or that are already in effect for two months at most. Older changes can also be consulted, but are included in the archive.
