CUSTOMER CARE

We have a central telephone number and e-mail for all requests.

We also offer multilingual specialized advice in legislation, chemistry, analysis, agriculture, processing, …

Our customer care group is reachable from 8h until 17h15 on weekdays.

For urgent matters, we can also be reached outside office hours on weekdays until 21h00 and on Saturdays from 15h00 until 19h00.

MARKET  MANAGERS

In Belgium, the Netherlands and France, market managers serve as a personal      contact point for customers.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY
