Meet Mr. Frederik De Paep as new CEO of Primoris Holding. 

With pride we present the new CEO of Primoris Holding, Mr. Frederik De Paep, as of September 2. He has stepped into the role with the support of our esteemed founder and the driving force behind Primoris Group, Ms. Carine De Clercq.

Rest assured, Ms. De Clercq will continue to play a role in our company. She will be working closely with Mr. De Paep to ensure a seamless transition.

Since the beginning of Primoris, and even before with the founding of Fytolab in 2001, Ms. De Clercq has led our organization with unparalleled dedication, trust and pride.

Her leadership has been instrumental in the international expansion of our affiliates (Bulgaria, Colombia, Costa Rica and Ecuador) and of course the establishment of Primoris Belgium. She also played a key role in driving our commercial ventures in other countries (The Netherlands and France).

It is no exaggeration to say that Primoris would not be what it is today without Ms. De Clercq’s vision and endless commitment.

Frederik De Paep

We are pleased to introduce Mr. Frederik De Paep as our new Group CEO. With a background in chemical engineering and a management degree (MBA), Mr. De Paep brings valuable experience and knowledge to his new role.

His career includes leadership positions such as international project manager at DEME, a company in dredging and marine constructions, and CEO at Fiers, a Belgian food industry SME. As a former business owner, Mr. De Paep embodies an entrepreneurial mindset and has been successfully involved in several mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, his experience extends to interim management and consultancy roles, enriching his perspective on business leadership. 

We are confident that Mr. De Paep's leadership will drive Primoris Holding to new heights, continuing the legacy of excellence that Ms. De Clercq has established.
