This year, Primoris celebrates 25 years. Twenty-five years of science, growth and people.

It started in 2001, when Fytolab was founded as a spin-off from Ghent University. With a team of 24 people and a clear focus on food safety, the foundations were laid for what would later become Primoris.

Since then, a lot has changed.

We became Primoris, joined forces with CKCert, expanded beyond Belgium and grew into an international group. Today, more than 200 colleagues contribute their expertise across our organisation, supporting clients throughout increasingly complex and international food supply chains.

But some things have not changed.

From the beginning, our work has been about providing reliable answers. 

About turning complex analyses, standards and requirements into something our clients can act on with confidence.

That is what we call a Moment of Clarity.

Over the past 25 years, there have been many of them: the first analysis, a new method, a new laboratory, a new country, a colleague joining the team, a client placing their trust in us.

Together, those moments have shaped Primoris into what it is today.

Celebrating the people behind the story.

An anniversary is a good reason to look back. But this one is just as much about the people who made those 25 years possible.

Our colleagues, our clients and our partners have all played a part in the Primoris story. Some have been with us almost from the beginning; others joined only recently. Together, they continue to build on the same idea that started it all: using expertise and science to create clarity.

Throughout this anniversary year, we will be sharing some of those moments and stories.

Because after 25 years, there is plenty to look back on.
